Introduction
Introduced during The Contract update, the Celerity Solutions Agency allows players to begin a business partnership with Franklin Clinton. Through the help of Lamar Davis and Imani, the team and at F. Clinton & Partner, take on Dr. Dre as their first major client and help recover mix-tapes that were stolen from him. In addition, players can complete security contracts that involve protecting or destroying assets, recovering valuable items, eliminating a gang or rescuing a VIP. Lastly, players can also participate in payphone assassinations (sense of déjà vu?), that fit in well as filler jobs when money grinding.
Locations and Upgrades
When it comes to the location of your Agency, any of the options are viable. You will not be disadvantaged with any of the locations, it is much more about personal choice. Generally, the community consider Little Seoul or Hawick as the best location, though many players tend to select an Agency that is near their Office.
For upgrades, the Vehicle Workshop is highly recommended as the Missile Lock Jammers are a godsend when it comes to anti-griefing tactics. The Armoury is another quality upgrade that lets you buy and customise weapons for a discounted price.
| Customization | Price | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Art | Free - $340,000 | There are three art styles for the Agency that change the look of the whole interior. Power & Money is free upon purchase or $195,000 when repurchasing, Pop & Hype ($265,000) and Loyalty & Respect ($340,000). |
| Wallpaper | Free - $442,000 | Wallpapers will change the pattern on the featured wall within your Agency, it is a cosmetic choice. |
| Highlight | Free or $100,000 | As with the wallpaper, the highlights change the colour of certain walls within the Agency. |
| Armoury | $720,000 | Acting as your own personal Ammu-Nation, you can buy and customise every weapon for a discount. You will also have access to exclusive weapons such as the EMP Launcher. |
| Accommodation | $275,000 | Similar to other sleeping quarter upgrades, it provides a spawn point for the Agency and access to the wardrobe, bed, and possible pats with Chop. |
| Vehicle Workshop | $800,000 | Can be used to modify vehicles, but more importantly it allows Imani Tech to be installed on selected vehicles. That list is constantly updating, keep an eye out on Rockstar Newswire or GTA Wiki for the latest list. |

Dre Day, Every Day
The Dr Dre Contract is a fun story driven strand of missions that are split into four parts. The missions strand take roughly 90 minutes to complete and will reward you $1,000,000. You do not have to do it in one burst, and can be spread over multiple sessions. This update feels like a true successor in story telling for online, one that has not been seen since the 2019 Diamond Casino story and following heist. The Dr Dre Contract is split as follows and the leaks can be completed in any order.
- The Nightlife Leak: The player must investigate the Diamond Casino and a superyacht to recover a security tape.
- The High Society Leak: By causing a ruckus at the country club party, the player must secure VIP guest lists.
- The South Central Leak: Get involved in street gang rivalries to uncover information on Dre's phone, all while dealing with the Ballas, Vagos and corrupt operatives.
- Don't Fuck With Dre (Final): You must track down the main thief, Johnny Guns, defeat his heavily armed associates at an airfield, and intimidate him into revealing who masterminded the leak. You bring Johnny to Dr. Dre, who violently beats him with a golf club. You then drive Dre to the country club so he can catch a helicopter.

Security Contracts
These contracts are the bread and butter of the business. From the player's office in the Agency, you can select from three random contracts, each being a different mission type and of varying difficulty. These contracts will pay roughly $30,000 - $60,000 depending on the difficulty. For each Security Contract you complete, the safe's income will increase by $100. So, complete 10 Security Contracts and you will get paid $1,000 each in game day from the safe. To reach that maximum cap, you must complete 201 Security Contracts. Once you hit 201 completed contracts, the daily safe deposit will be a maximum of $20,000. Below is a description of each mission type and tips to grind them out.
| Security Contract | Guide |
|---|---|
| Recover Valuables | An easy mission that has you go to either the Vanilla Unicorn or Tequi-la-la, search for a safe code and unlock the safe, all while taking out Armenian Mobster or Lost MC members. |
| Rescue Operation | Fairly simple missions where you go to a random location, take out some hostiles, pick up the VIP and drop them off at the safehouse. Using a Buzzard or Sparrow will make quick work of this mission. |
| Liquidise Assets | A straight forward mission where you tail a gang members, mercenary or paparazzi back to their hideout, eliminate everyone inside, and plant some bombs before escaping. |
| Vehicle Recovery | Another simple yet sometimes longer mission, that has you disrupt the operations of various groups to steal and return a valuable vehicle. Depending on the location, this can take longer than usual. |
| Gang Termination | A great excuse to unload firepower onto hostile criminals. Head to the location and take out four leaders, before leaving the area. Expect heavy resistance with this one, but completing this in a Buzzard, Sparrow, Oppressor MKII, or other armed air vehicle should ease the difficulty. |
| Asset Protection | One to avoid. The mission is simple enough, protect items from hostile enemies for 10 minutes. The issue with this one is that you are locked into a 10 minute mission and if the contents are destroyed, you will lose money. Can be fun but avoid if you are grinding. |

Payphone Hits
Once you have set up your Agency and started helping Dre, Franklin will begin to offer Payphone Hits. These are quick assassination missions that can pay up to $45,000 for roughly 5 - 10 minutes of work. You can call Franklin and request a hit or wait for the blue phone emblem to appear on the map. Each mission follows the formula of heading to the location and assassinating the target. Simply assassinating the target will net you $15,000. Each mission will offer a unique way for you to assassinate the target, and in doing so earn an additional $30,000. Bringing the total to the full $45,000.
| Target | Description and Bonus Requirement |
|---|---|
| The CEO | The target is a drunk tech mogul or construction boss. The bonus is triggered by using a scoped rifle to shoot a specific environmental object (like a bulldozer, a gas tank, or a cargo container) to eliminate him without spooking him directly. |
| The Tech Entrepreneur | Targets a drunk tech mogul. The bonus is earned by hijacking a Taxi and completing the assassination in one of three ways: forcing a gas station explosion, pushing his car into the Scrapyard car crusher, or drowning his taxi in the ocean. |
| The Cofounder | A tech billionaire attempts to flee. You can earn the bonus by destroying his getaway vehicle using a remote explosive, setting it on fire with a Molotov, or shooting the engine block with a scoped rifle before he escapes. |
| The Popstar | A celebrity is being a public nuisance. The bonus requires you to either pursue the target's vehicle in a Police Car until they crash, destroy their car using a heavy Truck Cab, or eliminate them via a drive-by while driving a Vagos Lowrider. |
| The Judge | You must assassinate a corrupt judge. The bonus is achieved by running her over with a golf caddy, killing her with a melee Golf Club, or placing a remote sticky bomb near the correct pin on the golf course. |
| The Trolls | You must take out internet trolls coordinating to manipulate the stock market. The bonus is secured by running over all four targets with a vehicle, killing all of them with headshots, or completing the mission in under 7 minutes. |
| The Hitmen | Requires at least two players. You track down a group of professional killers. The bonus is achieved by using throwable explosives, a Micro SMG, or killing all targets once they reach their destination. |
| The Dealers | Requires at least two players. You must take out multiple dealers in quick succession. The bonus is achieved by using specific weapons to eliminate the dealers. |
