GTA Online: New Heist Payouts
As reported earlier, Rockstar Games has changed the payouts for the Apartment Heists, Doomsday, Diamond Casino and Cayo Perico, in addition, the Cluckin' Bell Raid and KnoWay Out. Base payouts have been lowered but a weekly completion bonus is now applied to the first time you complete that activity for the week.
For example, if you complete the Cluckin' Bell Raid for the first time after the weekly reset, you will get $600,000. Completing it again during the week will play only $400,000. Rockstar have argued that this is to encourage players to revisit or play additional content instead of focusing on one or two businesses or heists all week, i.e. stop grinding Cayo and Dre all week.

It is an interesting take to encourage other content, and I don't hate that idea. However, the way this was implemented isn't great and should have had more (or at least some) community engagement. The biggest issue here is the Cayo nerfs, it is basically worthless doing this heist now, which is a shame. The heist is fun but with an average of $400,000 - $910,000 payout for an hours work (if you even get the Pink Diamond or Bearer Bonds), it just is not worth the effort or time.
You could do KnoWay Out on hard, complete a Salvage Yard Robbery or run the Auto Shop Union Depository Contracts on repeat for more money and less effort. Time will tell if this pays off or if Rockstar will reverse/modify their decision, in the meantime, we will continue to provide updates and post the best money grinds for GTA Online.
