CEO Office & Cargo Warehouse Business Guide
Back to 2016, when this OG business dominated.
Introduction
Introduced in Further Adventures in Finance and Felony, and expanded upon in the Import/Export and Criminal Enterprises updates. Executive Office and Special Cargo Warehouses represent the quintessential old-school, multi-million dollar corporate grind. Thankfully, the grind is much better and less rage inducing these days. The Office acts as a base of operations that allows players to source special cargo crates, access vehicles from their garage, stock up on snacks, amongst other things.
Locations and Upgrades
All four offices function exactly the same, the key difference in locations and some accessibility issues. With that said, unless you have disposable income, do not buy Maze Bank Tower, it is a pure flex. Both Maze Bank West and Arcadius Business Center are considered the best locations. Maze Bank for its cheap cost and quick access to highways, and Arcadius for its central location and ease of access.
| Location | Price | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Maze Bank West | $1,000,000 or free with the Criminal Enterprises Pack | Great location with easy access to the highways and western businesses. |
| Arcadius Business Centre | $2,250,000 | Community recommended for its central location within Los Santos. |
| Lombank West | $3,100,000 | A happy medium between office spaces but is outclassed by either Maze Bank. |
| Maze Bank Tower | $4,000,000 | With hard to access garage and helipad, this is style over substance. Would avoid unless you have money or do not care about those things. |

This is what $20 million plus in cargo sales looks like! Housekeeping anyone?
| Customisation | Price/s | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Personnel | Free - $150,000 | Both have different personalities but will do the exact same work, this is a personal choice. |
| Interiors | Free - $1,000,000 | This will change the decor of the office and style of the assistant. You can preview these chnages from the interaction menu, when in the office. |
| Organization Name | Free or $50,000 when changed | The organization’s name that appears during freemode. |
| Money Safe | $335,000 | Purely cosmetic, will increase as you earn more money. If players have Diamond Casino chips on themselves, they will also be shown here. |
| Accommodation | $765,000 | Allows the players to spawn at the office, change clothes and use the shower. Recommended to purchase as the office is great place to spawn. |

Cargo Warehouse Locations and Upgrades
Using the SecuroServ computer from the office computer, players can source up to three cargo crates at one time. Players can own up to five warehouses of various sizing and location. If you are looking to maximise time spent on crate collecting, locations such as Darnell Bros Warehouse and Logistics Depot stand out as community favourites. This is due to their easy access from highways, local roads and space to land a helicopter. It is highly recommended that warehouses in the East Los Santos, La Mesa, Cypress Flats, or a combination of those suburbs are bought. There are several things to note before getting into warehousing.
- You cannot scale warehouses down. So, if you purchase a large warehouse, you are stuck with it.
- You can trade warehouses for another one, no matter the size.
- Like Safehouses and other businesses, once you have bought a warehouse, you cannot sell it back.

Wholesale Furniture, Logistics Warehouse and Darnell Brothers Warehouse
| Warehouse Size | Maximum Crates | Maximum Sell Value |
|---|---|---|
| Small | 16 Crates | $240,000 |
| Medium | 42 Crates | $735,000 |
| Large | 111 Crates | $2,220,000 |
Sourcing and Selling Crates
So, how do we make money? Depending on where you are financially, you will want to work your way up to a single large warehouse, or if money is steady, two large warehouses. The reason is simple, you can alternate stocking each warehouse. There are two ways to fill the warehouse.
- From the SecuroServ computer or the Master Control Terminal, log in, select the warehouse, source 1-3 crates and deliver them to the warehouse. With that warehouse on cooldown, head to back to the office and repeat for the other warehouse.
- Introduced in the Criminal Enterprises update, Lupe and her technicians can source 1-3 cargo for the warehouse at a small price of $7,500. The amount of cargo is random and her services have a cooldown of 48 minutes.
Both options are viable and will have the warehouse stocked within a couple of hours. If you choose to source crates, always source three at a time. While sourcing 1 crate yields a higher profit, you will spend three times as long filling the warehouse. Where as 3 crates only mean 37 sourcing missions, saving you hours of grinding (which could better spent elsewhere). Combined with having Lupe and her technicians source cargo. You bring down that time even further.
Mixed Office Goods
Before I get onto selling the crates, we need to quickly touch on Mixed Office Goods. Also introduced in the Criminal Enterprises update, every 48 minutes (one in-game day), a truck can be driven from one your warehouses to the docks for a profit of $50,000. The whole process take 5 minutes if you have warehouses close to the docks, and the RNG is favourable. It is highly recommended to do this when you can, it is easy money and will help recoup the costs of sourcing crates.
Selling Crates
Right, you have a full warehouse and are ready to sell. Head to warehouse and pray you get one of the easier missions. Depending on where you sell, private or public lobby, will determine how much prep work there is to do. It is recommended either way to invest in the Tug Boat Speed upgrade and the Titan Armor upgrades. These will help with the selling process as mistakes can happen. There are four types of delivery vehicles, each with slightly different missions associated with them.
- Brickade: The easiest of the lot. Generally missions involve driving the Brickade to a location while defending the vehicle from hostile NPCs or police.
- Tug: Like the Brickade, missions involve slowly driving the Tug to a location, and having to defend it from hostiles. A slow but mostly safe delivery.
- Titan / Cuban 800: The riskiest of all sell missions, however doable. You will need to fly the plane and make a series of drops. There is a high chance the plane can be shot down by hostile Buzzards or other shenanigans.
If you get mission you don't want or the cargo is at risk of being destroyed. It is recommended to Alt-F4 or otherwise close the game. This will stop the cargo from being destroyed and only remove three crates, allowing you to restart again.
Summary
Ultimately, your strategy depends entirely on your preferred playstyle. To optimize both your time and money, it is recommended to invest in large warehouses and delegate the heavy lifting to Lupe’s crew. Over time, you will steadily amasses crates while leaving you free to run active heist content. Warehousing is one of the highest grossing businesses and while sales can be risky, some simple prep can help elevate the stress.
