Introduction
Introduced in the After Hours update, Tony Prince calls the player to become an investor in a new nightclub that he wants to open on the West Coast. The main purpose of the nightclub is to act as a central business for all Cargo Warehouse/Hangar, MC Businesses and Bunker. While also serving as an easily manageable legal front. It goes without saying that the Nightclub is one of the best businesses in Grand Theft Auto Online. In addition, the player can dance with patrons or their friends, select one of four DJs to play their set, drink at the bar and possibly unlock Epsilon Robes.
Locations and Upgrades
Nightclub locations are thankfully quite forgiving. Popular spots include Downtown or West Vinewood, both are great for their central location. Other good spots include La Mesa, Strawberry and Mission Row. They have good connectivity and are easy to access. Do yourself a favour and avoid LSIA and Elysian Island, they are cheap for a reason. Longer sell times due to their location and less than ideal connectivity to highways.
| Customization | Price | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Nightclub Style | Free - $300,000 | Three nightclub styles can be selected, each defining what type of club you will have. |
| Light Rig | $88,000 - $295,000 | There are four light rigs for sale, each producing a different rhythmic show. |
| Nightclub Name | Free or $33,500 | There are ten nightclub names that can be selected. Omega is free upon purchasing a nightclub. |
| Storage: Warehouse | Free - $1,702,550 | Warehouse Storage is where your accumulated product is stored until you decide to sell. Simply put, more storage means more product that can be sold and therefore, more money. |
| Storage: Garage | Free - $441,350 | The Garage Storage can adds 10 vehicle spaces each time for a maximum of 40 vehicles. |
| Dancers | $213,000 - $255,000 | These dancers will stand on podiums within your main dance floor. Players can pick the gender dynamic - Two Girls, Two Boys or Boy and Girl, and then what outfits they wear while dancing. |
| Dry Ice | $345,000 | Dry Ice is used during key moments of your DJ's. The issue is that it barely gets used and players are not able to set it off. |
When it comes to upgrades, the priority should be warehouse storage as everything else is purely cosmetic.

| Upgrade | Price | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Equipment | $1,425,000 | Mandatory, this will double the speed of production. |
| Staff | $475,000 | Slows down popularity drops, which means less time having to maintain it. This is recommended. |
| Security | $695,000 | Like the bunker, this reduces raids. Buy when you can. |
Sourcing Materials
The beauty of the Nightclub is that product will source automatically and passively. All you need to do is allocate five technicians to your existing Cargo Warehouse/Hangar, MC Businesses and Bunker within the Nightclub and wait for the warehouse to fill. To maximise profits you will want the following businesses connected.
- Sporting Goods (Bunker)
- Cargo and Shipments (Cargo Warehouse or Hangar)
- South American Imports (Cocaine Lockup)
- Pharmaceutical Research (Meth Lab)
- Cash Creation (Counterfeit Cash)
It is important to note that there does not need to be stock in the original businesses, they just need to be active. Basically, set and forget.

There are two other ways to stock your Nightclub, one is to contact Yohan and start a sourcing mission. They are generally quick and easy, and will reward you with $10,000, and 1 crate for a random product in your Nightclub if you are playing solo (or up to 2-4 if you have associates in your organization). The other option is to participate in a Business Battle, where players compete with one other to steal and return 1-2 crates to their Nightclub. Both are viable but it is best to let the technicians do their thing and you focus on other content.

Got 20 Hours?
As you can see, it takes a while for the Nightclub to fill up. Luckily, you don’t need to wait 66 hours for the warehouse to be full. Assuming you have the Equipment Upgrade, it will take roughly 20 hours for the Coke, Cash and Meth to reached their maximum limit. This is considered the best time to sell. The reasoning is you will earn more per sale than if you were to wait 66 hours. You could do three sales and earn roughly an additional million in profits.
Preparing to Sell Your Warehouse
The Nightclub guarantees a single vehicle delivery, no matter how full your stock is. There are three vehicles to that are available for delivery. The Speedo comes with the purchase of the Nightclub, while the Mule and Pounder must be bought from Warstock Cache & Carry. Each can be customised with different livery, unique armour, specialised weapons and the usual vehicle customisation.
- Speedo Custom (0–89 Crates)
- Mule Custom (90–179 Crates)
- Pounder Custom (180+ Crates)
As you see, the amount of stock dictates which vehicle you get. However, it is highly recommended that you never purchase the Mule. It has terrible handling, is slowest of the three vehicles and will generally make sales much harder. It is recommended that you buy the Pounder as it will be become the default vehicle if selling between 90-179 crates, which makes selling a whole lot easier. With that said, be mindful of top mounted weaponry on all vehicles, Rockstar does not always accommodate for sell location and you may become stuck if the vehicle is too tall to get under bridges, or other low lying areas.

Selling Your Warehouse
There are four mission types when selling the Nightclub. Each is relatively easy except for the Cargobob.
- Single drop at a random location, you may get ambushed at the drop point.
- Multiple drops at random locations, can be approached in any order.
- Sometimes you must use the Trackify app to find the drop off location, or be forced to follow a vehicle until you reach the final location.
- The only questionable delivery of the lot, the Cargobob Airlift. You must drive to a random location, use a Cargobob to lift the delivery van out to a barge at sea. Caution should be taken when lifting and flying as some van modifications may catch onto vegetation or road furniture.

The Legendary Passive Safe
When it comes to passive safes, the nightclub is the undisputed king. With a massive $50,000 every 48 minutes (one in-game day) when properly managed, the safe alone will pay for a range of activities. The nightclub safe operates on a popularity system, the higher the popularity, the more money you will take. Thankfully, it is quite easy to keep your clubs popularity high.
- From the Nightclub computer, go to "Nightclub Management" and begin the "Promote Club" mission. They are generally easy missions that could have you putting up posters around Los Santos, or flying a nightclub themed Blimp. Try to avoid these missions if you can, due to the time required to complete them. The other two options are far quicker.
- Whenever you enter your Nightclub and the popularity is less than 95%, you will be given one of two missions, either help throw a troublemaker out or drive a drunk VIP to their home or local hospital.
- When your popularity slips and you don't feel like running a club management task, head to your nightclub's computer or a Master Control Terminal. For a flat $10,000 booking fee, you can re-hire one of your previously unlocked resident DJs. Each rotation increases popularity by 10%.
Either option will maintain your popularity and generally take 5 minutes to do. It is important to maintain the nightclub every 60-90 minutes, as going too far in between repopulation may cause far longer missions to be chosen.
Is the Nightclub worth it in 2026?
Yes. Yes. Yes. The Nightclub is one of the best passive money makers in Grand Theft Auto Online. While there is an initially steep financial investment, it won't be long before you have made it back. Focus on keeping the Nightclub popularity high and selling after 20 hours and you'll have plenty of money to spend on other things.
