Higgins Helitours Business Guide

Introduction
Higgins Helitours is one of two additional businesses that can be bought after acquiring the Car Wash. As with other businesses in the Money Fronts update, you start Mr Fabor Works, Laundering Missions and Legal Work. You can purchase Higgins Helitours after purchasing the Car Wash and watching the introduction cutscene.
Locations and Upgrades
Located in La Puerta, Higgins Helitours can be bought for $900,000. The only upgrade is the ability to change the tint of the interior for $10,000. Owning this business provides a 10% bonus to the value of Air Freight Cargo in the Hangar. Owning the business will let you spawn any of your aircraft from the helipad, which can be accessed by the console next to the main door to the business.
Money Laundering
There are four money laundering missions at Higgins, each pays $35,000 and can be accessed via the business computer or by calling Raf and requesting a job. Payments will go into the money bag located at the Car Wash.

| Recover the Cargo | Use the supplied Havoc to fly to the destination and search for three cargo containers. Once you have found them, fly to the drop off points while evading hostiles. Drop the cargo off and fly away to finish this one. |
| Recover the Helicopter | Bring snacks. You will be tasked with stealing a helicopter that is under police guard. Clear the area and use the nearby Hauler to secure the load and head back to the helipad. |
| Deliver the Cargo | A longer mission that has you take a Sea Sparrow out to sea and deliver cargo to a Yacht. Once on the yacht, the FIB will attack and you will need to defend the yacht. Afterwards you need to lose the cops and help the client escape back to their safehouse. |
| Recover the Cash Case | Use the supplied Maverick to fly to a location where you will follow a smuggler's boat. Once they arrive at their destination, clear them out, steal the cash and head back to the helipad. |
Heat Mechanic
A new feature that is exclusive to the Money Fronts businesses is the ‘heat’ mechanic. Completing money laundering missions and having your business safe full of money will increase the heat on a business. If the business reaches full heat, you will need to complete a legal mission to remove the heat completely.

- Deliver product to customers for Smoke on the Water
Reminder: If you don’t remove the heat, your business won’t earn any more money. Unlike the Car Wash, Higgins Helitours does not have a business safe.
Helitours (Legal Work)
From the heliport, you will fly to the random building in Los Santos, pick up two tourists and fly them to five random destinations. You can go to each destination in any order, and will only need to stop briefly to let the tourists take some photos. Return them safely after all destinations to finish the mission.
Is Higgins Helitours worth it in 2026?
Not initially, you should prioritise other businesses first, and make this one of the last you get. Like Smoke on the Water, this business is just fine but it won't add much to your gameplay. Make sure you have the top tier businesses first, such as the Bunker, Kotsatka, Nightclub and Agency.
