Introduction
With the Oscar Guzman Flies Again update, you can purchase Trevor’s old business, the McKenzie Airfield. In doing so, you begin working with Oscar Guzman who is hatching a scheme to expand their gunrunning business, which runs in a titan-sized problem. The McKenzie Airfield acts as a base of operations for the mini-heist against Eberhard, conduct arms trafficking missions for quick cash and it allows you to store an additional 20 aircraft in your Hangar.
Locations and Upgrades
Following the trend started with the Garment Factory, the McKenzie Airfield is solely situated in Grapeseed and costs $1,475,000. There are no upgrades associated with this business, however, you do get the additional 20 aircraft spots for your main Hangar.

Oscar Guzman Flies Again
Progressing in a similar fashion to the Cluckin’ Bell Raid and KnoWay Out missions, you will conduct a series of set ups before tackling the final. Each mission is started from the McKenzie Airfield’s office computer. The whole thing takes 60-90 minutes depending on how you approach each mission and can be completed solo. You will be rewarded $500,000 on normal and $750,000 on hard difficulty.
| Mission | Description | Tips |
|---|---|---|
| Up and Running | Take down a transmission tower, damage the plane and steal its cargo. Once you have made the delivery, watch the drama unfold. | Use a Heavy Sniper MKII (with explosive rounds) to damage the tower from the highway and then use it to damage the plane. This will cut the mission and travel time down. |
| Setup: Mogul | Head to the airfield and steal one of two Moguls, evade Eberhard and return to McKenzie Airfield. | Returning to steal the other Mogul will let Oscar provide air support during the final. |
| Setup: Intel | Use drones to hack into Eberhard servers and then find the shipwreck and recover the cargo. | This can be long, be quick with the drones and when diving, the cargo will be near cargo containers or patches of seaweed. |
| Setup: Iron Mule | You will head to a weapons test site and destroy a range of vehicles, equipment and guards. Once the Mules have arrived, take one and return it to your airfield. You can go back and secure the remaining three and Insurgent Pick-Up, and that is recommended optional. | Bring a lot of ammo, snacks and an Armoured Kuruma. Take your time manoeuvring test site, and watch for flanking enemies. |
| Setup: Ammunition | Use the stolen Mule to recover four crates, Titan 250 D ammunition, heavy armour, weapons crate and Mogul upgrades. Only the Titan ammunition is required to pass this mission. Evade the Eberhard security and deliver the cargo to Maze Bank. | It is recommended to get the additional crates as they will provide bonuses in the final. Heavy armour will give more health, weapons unlock MKII versions of the Combat MG, SMG and Pump Action, while Mogul upgrades include, dual MGs, turret guns, bombs and improved handling. |
| The Titan Job | The big one. Intercept the Titan and damage it until it lands, head down and take out everyone in the area. Repair the engine, load the guns and escape with the Titan. Using the Titan's weapons you will take out three shipments and then finally return the Titan to base. | The most frustrating part will be when you repair the engine and load the weapons, as you can be killed during these sequences. If you are solo, take the time to clear the area, otherwise have a friend protect you. It is doable, just takes longer solo. |
Arms Trafficking
With purchase of the airfield, you can call Oscar or use the airfield computer to start one of four missions. These missions can be completed in roughly ten minutes and pay an average of $30,000 - $50,000, depending on the mission you get. You will unlock trade prices for the Duster 300-H and Ratel after completing their relevant mission. There is a 48 minute (one in game day) cooldown before you can start another Air Trafficking mission.
| Air Trafficking Mission | Description |
|---|---|
| Destroy the Rival Shipments | Pretty simple, head to the locations and blow everything and everyone up! Leave the area and take payment. |
| Steal the Weapons | Head to the Iron Mule, take out the security and use the hook to secure the cargo. Head back to the Airfield to wrap this one up. |
| Deliver the Weapons | A longer mission that requires you to take the Ratel to a drop zone, secure the area and signal for delivery. Collect the goods and head back to the Airfield. |
| Steal the Duster 300-H | Ambush an arms deal and steal the Duster, deliver the weapons to the buyer and then fly the Duster home to unlock the Trade Price. |

Is the McKenzie Airfield worth it in 2026?
The Oscar Guzman Flies Again mission strand is fun, pays well and only takes two or three runs to make you money back on the initial purchase. The thing is, you won’t really use this business, it’s a great addition but there are plenty of other businesses that should be purchased first. I would hold off until you have disposable income, again, investing in businesses such as the Acid Lab, Bunker or Agency.
